Hi All,
Please note the modified Letter Of Assurance (LOA) form that will be
reviewed at the December 6 PatCom meeting.
Please review this form in case you may have any comments to discuss
before or at our next WG F2F meeting.

Item D4 is a new 'non-assertion' box.

This proposed modification will be discussed at the 6 December 2004
PatCom
meeting in NYC.

PatCom has already agreed, in principle, to the concept; so, I do not
expect any opposition to new box 4.
