All,
 
  This message is directed to the IEEE P1800 Members. As part of the role of secretary, I need to collect for the records of the Working Group information on Members. From the working group meetings, a list of entities has been created that are now considered members. To ensure this information is accurate, I am sending a request to the general email reflector in case any one entity might be missed from collection of the name of entities from the meeting minutes.
 
  I seek the following information from each IEEE P1800 Entity Member:
 
     1. Entity Name
     2. Designated Representative (indicated by "DR")
     3. Entity Address
     4. Alternate(s) (indicated DRA) and their address(es)

   Please refer to the IEEE P1800 P&Ps for the privacy policy in regards to this information. In general, any member can request a roster of the membership, the secretary informs the chair any and all changes to the roster immediately and the roster is sent to the membership once a year. The membership that will be listed on the IEEE P1800 website will only include the name of the entity, no further personal information unless the working group approves.
 
   In the days ahead, I will request this information from the names of the recorded DRs in the minutes of the working group. If you have not gotten such an email, please don't hesitate to send this information directly to me in response to this email message.
