9/14 Meeting Information Update

  For the IEEE P1800 SV WG meeting in September 2004, the Hilton hotel in Mainz should be prepared to accept reservations within two days. Arrangements are being finalized. The SystemC Board plans to hold a meeting following this one and the number of rooms needed for participants had to be changed which has led to the delay in being able to book rooms under the negotiated rate.
 
  I will send email out once I get confirmation this change has been completed.
