Johnny,

Even if it has been discussed, we can amend the process if the participants
who are planning to attend these meetings, have previous experience which
tell them it may not work that well.
It would be a waste of time to be in a whole day meeting discussing erratas
if you are an expert of the assertions and you have to listen to all other
erratas discussed at length.
The way it could work without wasting any significant time from people
would be if there were sub- functional groups in which the erratas would be
discussed by the experts.
The erratas would be voted first in the technical sub-groups then brought
up to the errata
working group where the resolution was described, perhaps discussed
(typically less) and voted on. This last step was to bring up the
resolution to the whole working group in case it had implications on other
technical parts.

This is how it has been working in 1364 for 10 years and it worked very well.
Karen Pieper was the chair of the errata btf group and she performed a very
good
job. Perhaps she can advocate we follow the same structure and process.
