P1800 WG tele-call next Wed, July 21 at 9:00 am PDT

Hi All,

As you all know, we have not concluded the "Funding Services for P1800"
discussion in our last WG F2F meeting. Edward Rashba gave a presentation
to the group (I have attached it to this note as a refresh), after which
we had a discussion but we did not have time to finalize a decision (and
Edward had to leave early).

A motion was made to postpone this discussion to 9:00am PDT of 21 July
2004 via teleconference (which was unanimously approved).
