[sv-dc] Mantis items approved

Hi all:

Mantis items 3398 and 3724 were approved by the P1800 working group in the meeting yesterday. They have been moved to the 'approved' state and will be implemented in the next draft of the standard. I believe the only other item that the SV-DC committee will need to accomplish during this PAR is to verify that the implementation of these items in the standard is correct. As a result I am going to remove the recurring calendar item and will call a meeting if necessary.
