[sv-dc] New version of 3724 (generic interconnect)

Hi all:

I have uploaded a new version of 3724 ( http://www.eda-twiki.org/svdb/view.php?id=3724 ) that includes an example and some associated text. We need to get this issue wrapped up soon. Please come to the meeting tomorrow prepared to discuss any issues that need to be addressed for 3724. I would hope to get feedback in the meeting, updated the proposal shortly after, and call an e-mail vote.
