[sv-dc] Mantis 3398

Hi,

I started reviewing Version 22 of the proposal for Mantis 3398 for the Champions.

The title for the syntax box in 6.6.7 should be "Syntax for net type declarations" instead of "Syntax for net declarations".

(Actually, it should be numbered Syntax 6-1, since it will preceed the current Syntax 6-1.)

If you make that correction, I would suggest also in 6.6 to change "two different kinds of net types: built-in or user-defined" to "two different kinds of net types: built-in and user-defined".
