Hi all:

I am going to cancel the SV-DC meeting for tomorrow (2011-02-23). I believe that the issues in play have been adequately discussed. Proposals for user-defined nets and resolution functions are due by the start of the next scheduled meeting (March 9th). I expect that we will discuss those proposals in that meeting.

I don't have any more information regarding how the new participation rules will be applied. When we receive additional direction I will let you know.
