We really haven't been doing anything as a committee, although there has been some activity on the sv-cc reflector. I myself have uploaded some proposals, and I know that oone other person had an interest in adding VPI support for user-defined nettypes. No, we have not been having phone conference meetings. I suspect everyone is afraid of the work of being chairman of the committee.

Radoslaw (Radek) Nawrot, not a member of the committee, has been identifying some issues on the reflector, and Shalom Bresticker (and earlier, occasionally, I) has been responding.

We haven't picked out a list, although it's easy enough to get a list of unfinished SV-CC items from Mantis.

I don't know that we even have a list of all those active as of our last meeting before the 2012 standard.

Jim Vellenga

Subject: [sv-cc] Is the CC committee meeting?

Hi everyone,

As the tentative editor for the next version of the 1800 standard, I have some "quick questions" for the CC committee...

1. Is the SV-CC committee currently active and holding regular phone conference meetings?

2. Does the SV-CC have a list of Mantis items, or other to-do items, to work on for the next version of the 1800 standard (that has a drop-dead date for having everything done by June 30, 2016)?

3. Who is currently participating on the SV-CC committee?

See, these really were quick questions. :) I would appreciate some on the CC being pro-active and getting back to me ASAP with the answers. Multiple responses are fine, as well.

Happy New Year!

Stu
