Hi All,

37.39 Defines vpiParent relation from task or function declaration. This
relation returns ref obj. It's hard to imagine such situation except
task/function from modport. 

This relation do not suits 37.13 nor 37.15 . Or maybe there are some
different cases that fits 37.39 diagram ?
