    Plan is to proceed with SV-BC and SV-EC operating as one sub-committee.  Based on initial response for participation this seems more pragmatic but would should confirm.

    Proceed to elect chair and vice-chair

o       Input on Regular Meeting Schedule

    If you can't make the meeting on the 13th please send feedback so we can accommodate.  In the past both committees held meetings for 2 hours every other week.  That would give us 8-10 meetings during this effort.  Thinking Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 9-11am PST.

    Beyond that, I might suggest a few more meetings up front in order to settle the strategy for tackling the backlog.

o       Editorial Issue Handling
