[sv-bc] Restarting SV-BC & SV-EC work for Next 1800 Revision

Hi All.

A new PAR for 1800 has been established with the goal of delivering a new revision of the 1800 standard in 2017.  The scope of this revision is resolution of errata, clarifications and editorial issues.

The technical sub-committees  have until June 30, 2016 to address errata, clarification and editorial issues.    Why only June if the release is in 2017?  Because there are many steps to complete after the sub-committees finish in order for the IEEE to ratify the document.

We will need to work together to identify those on which we will focus and add as much value to the new standard as possible.  Look forward to collaborating with you.

Based on available chairs and participant overlap the 1800 WG decided to merge the SV-BC & SV-EC during this PAR.
To that end, I'd like to call a first meeting.  I'd prefer one of the following days/times:

Jan 12, 2016   9-10am PST
Jan 13, 2016 10-11am PST
Jan 19, 2016   9-10am PST
Jan 20, 2016 10-11am PST
