1) Arif recalled IEEE rules of conduct. All are aware of them and
agreed to proceed.

Ed needs to add a sentence to  Sect. 17.7.3 in errata 298 to disallow sequence methods in sampled value system functions. 
A similar sentence to be added to errata 296

3) Discussions:
----------------
196: Small corrections needed : data types restricted to those in Sect. 17.4.1; allow default parameter values; give examples of not supported local variable flow out of sequences. Ready for balloting by 11/29.

230: Proposal has been posted. John will add some examples. Ready for balloting by 11/29.

290: Correct "bounded bit width" to "bounded data set". Ready for balloting by 11/29.

296: Proposal is ready for a vote by 11/29.

298: Ed to add a sentence regarding Section 17.7.3 as mentioned above. Ready for balloting by 11/29.

4) Arif will send an email ballot for the above errata. Any final unresolved issues will be dealt with at the next (and last) meeting on 11/29/2004.
