1) Minutes

Arif went over the results of e-mail voting:

Extension 19 passed unanimously.
Extension 8 got 2/5 votes and did not pass.
Extension 10 got 3/5 votes. Since the vote was
not unanimous it was put forward for consideration
in committee.

There was discussion on extension 10 with John,
Roy, Faisal, Bassam and Koushik.

Roy made a motion to vote on extension 10. Arif
seconded the motion. A voice vote was held.

Results of the extension 10 voice vote:
 
Intel (Roy)    - yes
Snps  (Arif)   - no
Novas (Bassam) - no
Moto  (John)   - yes
Cisco (Faisal) - no  

Extension 10 did not pass.

Proposal 19 - proposed modification by Brad Pierce.
John will work with Brad to incorporate these
changes/clarifications. There was discussion regarding
the scope of these changes and they were felt to
be clarifications that did not change the intent
of the proposal.
