Tapan- some quick comments:
- I notice the word "should". I believe our standard is that if it's a firm requirement, which I think it is in this case, the word needs to be "shall".
- Also, I think the commas don't sound quite right.
So I would rephrase as "Any sequence instantiated in an event expression shall be explicitly clocked."
