[Ben] Dmitry, I am having trouble understanding this end qualifier "the
sampled values of these variables in the Postponed region of t1 ".
You're saying that time slot t2, the sampled value of b is 1'b1.  The way it
si written, it sounds like you're that t2 takes the value of its Posponed
 region of t1, which is not known since t2 is before the Postponed region.
I believe what you are saying is:
*TO: *If the sampled values of these variables in time slot t1 are referred
from another time slot t2 then the sampled value of a will be 1’b0, whereas
the sampled value of b will be 1’b1, which represents the sampled values of
these variables in the Postponed region of t1."
