[sv-ac] Mantis 1763 (should assertion control tasks affect sequence ended/matched/triggered)

I just took a look at http://www.verilog.org/mantis/view.php?id=1763 , since I was assigned as the owner.

Ed's proposal is that we close it. I would agree: it seems that adding these effects would be a major change, and as Ed points out, hard to specify in a fully clean way.

Does anyone think further discussion is required?
