[sv-ac] Mantis items 1678, 2571, 2386

Hi all:

I believe that Mantis item 1678 has been addressed in the current
version of the LRM. The primary concern of the mantis as evidenced by
the attached text file is to ensure that the LRM makes it clear that the
rewrite rules do not replace name resolution. There is language in
F.4.1 to indicate this.

I believe that we can close this item as resolved.

I have uploaded proposals for the other two.
