[sv-ac] Call to vote. Due July 19

Hi Folks:

My votes are below.

On 2722, I think there are still problems with Figure 16-16. data_end
is not referenced in the property data_end_rule2, so the line for it
with the green uparrow at time 6 is confusing. The diagram does not
show the dispositions of the attempts starting at times 7 and 8 (they
fail). This is confusing because dispositions for all other attempts
seem to be shown. These problems exist already in the LRM.

On 2839, the phrase "on the right-hand side of assignments in sequence
match items" is confusing. The local variable does not appear on the
right-hand side of an assignment.
