[sv-ac] Mantis 1763: The LRM does not define whether assertion control tasks affect sequence methods and events

Hi,

I think that there should be separate control tasks, e.g., $sequenceon/off/kill to control "autonomous" sequences used with triggered and matched methods. But I do not want to make a proposal without first discussing it in the meeting.

Dmitry, please include it somewhere on the agenda.
