[sv-ac] comment on 2552

Hi Dmitry:

I think that the formatting in 2552 should be touched up a bit. I would
recommend following a itemized style with item symbols (dashes seem to
be used elsewhere) such that the label phrases like "Weak nexttime"
serve like item labels and the underlying text of the item should be
indented.
