Hello Dmitry, I think that there is a small font style change required in 16.8.2, near the bottom on page 336 of the document, inout and output should be using the font reserved for keywords. Shown in red below. - It shall be an error for an instance of a named sequence with an inout or output local variable formal argument to admit an empty match. Otherwise I did not find any issues.
