Hello Everyone,

I have reviewed Draft 9 for the three Mantis items I worked on.

The changes for 2654 have not been implemented in Draft 9.  But this is
consistent with the Mantis, so probably Stu has not gotten to this one
yet?  The Working Group only approved this Mantis item on July 2.

Mantis items 2656 and 2647 were implemented correctly in the draft.
