 Ambiguity in a sequence repetition [*0] definition



Dmitry, John: Add a note that the empty sequence matches over 0 cycles, but does not match over any positive number of cycles.



Doron, Manisha, Tapan: The explanation should be rewritten clearer, but these will be long term changes. For the short term the suggested clarification is fair enough.



John  moves to approve the proposed change as the resolution.
