This is a simple typographical error.  I took the liberty of correcting it
in draft 7a, since I happened to be editing that clause when the e-mail
showed up.  Since Mantis 2492 is not in "editor" status, I cannot mark it as
completed, however.

I noticed in D7 the following error in 16.9.10:
For example, the sequence
           !trdy[*7] within (($fell irdy) ##1 !irdy[*8])
matches from clock tick 3 to clock tick 11 on the trace shown in Figure
16-13.
The () are in the wrong place for $fell(irdy).
