[sv-ac] Mantis 2398

Hi SV-SC,

 

Changes in the embedded assertion semantics (Mantis 2398) made the
assertion a8 in the example at the end of 16.16 and the text following
the example not relevant anymore. SV-AC requests to fix this
inconsistency in 16.16.
