Hi Ed,

We followed the suggested criteria for generating the list of names.

1. Attendance: The suggested threshold was 25% of the meetings . The
notes from the 2008-06-30 SV-AC meeting show the attendance history.
According to the record Surrendra attended less than 25% of the meetings
(11/69 = 15.9%), he maintained voting rights for 13/69 meetings (18.8%),
and the last meeting he attended was sometime in 2007.

2. Contributions: We can still include him if he made major
contributions to the work of the committee. Can you give a list of
specific contributions that he made? I just did a search of Mantis,
trying to find any Mantis items that were assigned to him, but couldn't
even find his name in the system.

If you can document his contributions, we will definitely add him to the
list

Thanks,

Tom
