Hi Dmitry,

There is a note from the Editor for mantis 2069. Part of the
changes in 2069 were dependent upon 1806. Now that 1806 has
been approved we need to ensure that the portion of 2069 which
were not incorporated into the LRM now does get added to the LRM.

One way to do this is to open a new mantis item with the changes.
I can then approve it.
