[sv-ac] Alignment of Mantis items 2327 and 2326 to draft 6

 

I have aligned Mantis items 2327 and 2326 to Draft 6 and uploaded new
versions to Mantis , these are the changes:

 

for 2326:

1. 36.45 -> 36.46 , and added the operator strength in the VPI diagram
as it is in draft6
2. change in "Add to "Details:"" (36.46) , 3) and 4) to 4) and 5)
3. N.2 to O.2

 

for 2327:

1. 16.14.7 to 16.15.7

2. Changed h) to "ac)" , shifted the unchanged part to "reject_on" and
added an editor note

3. 16.15.1 to 16.17.1
