[sv-ac] mantis 2150, 1361, 1641 and 2335 review

In Mantis 2150, there is a minor error:

 

In clause 16.14.3, At the beginning of the new paragraph it is "The pass
statement of a cover statement" instead of "The action block of a cover
statement". In that entire paragraph 'pass statement' is replaced by
'action block'.

 

 

I have reviewed 1361, 1641 and 2335  and did not find any problems.
