[sv-ac] Mantis 1682 (Draft6)

Hi all,

 

I reviewed the implementation of Mantis 1682 in Draft6 and found the
following issues:

 

*	Page 327. Swap subclauses 16.9.3 and 16.9.4.
*	Page 328, Editor note: The symbol \equiv should be defined
before use.
*	Page 328, LSB should be replaced with "least significant bit".
*	Page 328. The editor deleted the word "Example" and showed it in
red. Deleting "Example" is indeed correct, but then it should not appear
in the draft at all (even in red).
*	Page 329. Answer to the editor's question: yes, the references
are correct.
*	Page 329, bottom. "In the" and "we see" is in red - probably
shows the editor's changes relative to the Mantis proposal. Such changes
should be commented in the margins, while the main text should reflect
only changes relative to the Draft5.
*	Page 330. Same with "we wait".
*	Page 330. Answer to the editor's question: yes, the references
are correct.
*	Page 1006, 38.4, the second line above Figure 38-1. cb_time
should be in italic.
*	Changes in Annex F haven't been implemented yet.
