Hi Manisha,

This sentence was added at the request of the EC committee.  It is 
saying that the final procedure will be executed once at the end of 
simulation, regardless of where it is instantiated.  If it is 
instantiated in an always procedure,  if it is instantiated in an "if" 
statement, even if it is instantiated in a procedural loop (assuming 
2110 passes), the final procedure executes once.   The sentence is 
really talking about the scheduling of the final procedure.

Yes, it is possible to use $inferred_clk and other default values to 
affect the results produced by the final procedure, but that is 
discussed elsewhere.

I guess I could say "The scheduling of the final procedure . . ."
Would that make it more clear for you?
