[sv-ac] Message from Doron on Mantis item 1932

Doron has been trying to send an email to the sv-ac this morning.

His attachment is too large to be processed by the email reflector.

I have modified the 1932 proposal according to John's comments.
I also upload the updated version to mantis. You can see the comments
