[sv-ac] strange example

Hi Ed:

I just looked over 1769.  It is counterintuitive to me that in the
example with "module test #(N=12)", the default value of the parameter
N is not within the required range from 1 to 8.  

Was this intentional?  If so, what is the rationale?  If not, I
suggest using a default value that is in the required range.
