[sv-ac] to $elab_ or not, that is the question

Should I delete the prefix elab_ from the error tasks in 1769? 

With the prefix the user code is a little more legible and less prone to
user error, but adds 4 more system task names. It also has different
reporting than the simulation-time tasks.
