Friendly Amendments:

* The checker ports (similar to property ports) do not have directions,
e.g.,

"checker mycheck(input integer checkval);" --> "checker mycheck(integer
checkval);"

Need to fix all the examples appropriately.

* Page 4. "Another common case where a checker may be useful in a loop
is one that uses covergroups." Add a reference to covergroups.

* Add dependency of this proposal on 2088.

* I would not make a separate subclause called "Illegal checker
examples".

In the example for using covergroups:
1.  Remove the "checkvar bit [3:0] opcode_d1;"  This variable is not used.
2.  I would change the name of the variable "opcode_d1" in the 
covergroup sample method to "opcode", since it is not a delayed version 
of opcode in this example.  Also change the name in the coverpoint line.
