[sv-ac] ballot result on 1667

Hi Folks:

Our e-mail ballot on 1667 passed with a question/friendly amendment.

Technically, Lisa's vote was late, but I didn't manage to respond 
to her questions until after the ballot closed.  The ballot still
passes without this vote.
