[sv-ac] ballots on 1900, 2088 fouled

Hi Folks:

I did some checking, and found that I have FCC mails that show that I
sent to sv-ac@eda.org calls to vote for each of 1900, 2088, and 2089
between 09:20 and 09:30 (-0600) on 2007-12-20.

Of these, only the call to vote for 2089 made it to the reflector.

Therefore, I am going to re-call the votes on 1900 and 2088 today
and let them run for one week.
