Hi Manisha,
 
it look fine. I just wonder whether we should add to the last paragraph
in 16.10 that local variables cannot be assigned in tasks. It says they
can be passed by value so this restriction is implicitly there, but
perhaps it should be more explicit. What do you say?
 
Similarly, in boolean expressions, if a local variable is passed to a
function called in the expression, is there anything said about the
function  not being allowed to assign the local variable?
