Hi all,

After some offline discussion with Bassam and Jim, I have modified the
language used in the note to state that dpiDefFile and dpiDefLine are
not needed instead of saying that they are deprecated because they do
still exist in other areas.  All changes are listed in the header of the
file.  The files are uploaded to Mantis.
