RE: [sv-ac] call to vote on 1900

My comments:

1. At 16.18.2 I think that the "checker_item at the syntax box should be

   "checker_or_generate_item".

2. At 16.18.4
  The sentence 

   "The always_check and initial_check procedures impose the restriction

   that they contain one and only one event control and no blocking
timing 
   controls."

   Should be rewritten - "exactly one clocking event?"

3. At 16.18.5 replace
 
   "In the latter case they are called free variables" 

    With

   "In this case they are called free variables"

4. At 16.18.5

   Replace

   "m3: assume property (!$rising_gclk(flag) |-> valid);"

   With

   "m3: assume property ($rising_gclk(flag) |-> valid);"
