[sv-ac] New version of 1900 uploaded

Hi all,

 

I've uploaded a new version of 1900 for your review. Following the
decision at the last meeting I introduced a new name for free variables
- checker variables. These variables must be deterministic unless
explicitly specified with 'free' qualifier.
