I agree with Manisha, I think that this sentence is somewhat misleading.
It would be enough to say that abort conditions are sampled.

I think that it is not true for disable iff because there, the
evaluation should terminate if the disable condition occur in any
region.

So maybe it is important to say this, just to emphasize that
distinction.
