Hi John,

I could not get any specific feedback about usage of 'default disable
iff' from Dave Rich as he is too busy with other stuff. Another thing I
noticed that proposal 1674 refers to 'default disable' instead of
'default disable iff' in some places. 

Dimitry, the checkers proposal is also using 'default disable' in some
places.
