[sv-ac] ballot result on 1601

Hi Folks:

1601 passed in our e-mail ballot.

See the details below.

There were some comments about changing 1601 so that
it does not provide for the contingency that 1549 be 
rejected, but these were not stated as friendly amendments
and there were responses explaining the rationale that 
1549 could be rejected by Champions or the P1800 WG.
