[sv-ac] 1849

Hi Dmitry:

In my notes from the SV-AC meeting, I said that 1849
should be on the list in the bucket of major items 
that don't have drivers.

Bassam had said that 1849 is subsumed by 1729.  So it
should be on the list as an item to be closed once
1729 is resolved.
