Effort plan for 1932 (LTL):

 

Status: Fully written, but I estimate 2.5 additional cycles of review
(currently we are in the middle of one).

 

Effort needed: I think that each review will take about two weeks and I
will need another week 

                       for fixes. Adding one week for vote, we get 8.5
weeks. That is an optimistic 

                       forecast.
