[sv-ac] ballot on 1722

Hi Folks:

The revised proposal for 1722 was passed by our e-mail ballot.

There was a friendly amendment to fix the fonts.

See the results below.

Lisa:  The font problem is that in a number of places in the proposal,
the font looks like Arial (sans serif) when it should be Roman (with
serifs).  I see this problem in:

- the black text of 22.10 on p. 2
- the red strikeout text of 22.10 on p. 2
- the blue replacement text of 22.10 on p. 2
- the blue footnote text for Syntax 22-7 on p. 3
- the black text of 22.10 on p. 3
- the red strikeout text of 22.10 on p. 3
- The blue replacement text of 22.10 on p. 3
 
Please fix the fonts, update the proposal on Mantis, and send
mail to the reflector when it is ready.
