Hi Folks:

The revised 1466 was passed by our e-mail ballot.

I checked the latest version of the proposal on Mantis, and it 
seems that all the friendly amendments from Dmitry have been
addressed.  Dmitry -- please confirm that this is the case.

  in a new production.
- The blue text on page 3 is written in bold, and also some blue brackets
  on page 5.

  written in italic.
